Falls Community Council
Audio Engineering Diploma
The FCC was established in the mid 1970s as an umbrella organisation for community groups in West Belfast. Its overarching aim is to bring community organisations together, to share resources and to advocate on community concerns. It has developed a comprehensive range of functions and resources to support a programme of work to assist regeneration in West Belfast; its premises are located on the Falls Road in Belfast.

Navan Road Folk Group Audio Project
The hospice movement is dear to the hearts of many of the members of the folk choirs of the Navan Road and Porterstown, many of whom have been able to avail of the services of St. Francis Hospice Raheny and other hospice facilities.
The prospect of having such a wonderful facility in Dublin 15 has galvanised many people in the community who have committed enormous time and effort to the fulfilment of this ambition.
The obvious contribution which the choirs of the Navan Road and Porterstown could make was a musical one.
The master recordings were conducted in Our Lady Help of Christians (Navan Road) on Halloween to the accompaniment of that day's fireworks extravaganza. If you cant hear the fireworks on the recording it is a tribute to the expertise of a terrific team of sound engineers.
